Registration reopened for Monday and Tuesday January 6 and January 7

We have reopened registrations for two more days due to last minute demand. We will be re-closing registration on Tuesday, January 7th at 9pm. Please sign up before then if you still would like to attend this year's MBC - after this we will not be accepting any late registrations. Also, as a reminder, in order to ensure the safety of the scouts and to coordinate with the Scoutmasters and Merit Badge Counselors we need to have rosters complete before the start of the MBC - we will not accept walk-in registrations.

Online registrations are once again open. We apologize for the delay this week and thank everyone for their patience.

Attention Hotmail and MSN users

Our service provider, 1and1.com, is having issues delivering emails to hotmail.com and msn.com email domains. We have escalated this but at this point have no resolution timeline.

If you are new to the site, please register with a different email account. We apologize for the inconvenience; this is the best way to ensure you can get onto the site and sign your scout up without any delays.

If you are already registered from last year, with a hotmail or msn email account, and you remember your username and password you can still use those to log in. You will not receive email confirmations but you will be able to confirm on the website your scout's registration.

If you are already registered but do not remember your password, you can either re-register with a new email account or, if you would still like to use your hotmail/msn account, please send an email to registrar@danversmbc.com and we will help you reset your password manually for now. This option may have some delay as we will need to review by hand.

Registration is now open for the 2014 Merit Badge College!

We have opened up registration for classes for the 2014 MBC. In order to register you scout either log in (if a returning user) or register using the links to the right. Once logged in click on the "Sign your Scout Up!" link to the right. You will be able to add and update your scout's information as well as register.

Since class sizes are limited register early!

Please note that the Scout Store will be there and scouts will be able to buy merit badge books, as well as other scout supplies, in January.

Dates are set for the 2014 Merit Badge College!

The 2014 Merit Badge College will take place on the following four Saturdays in 2014:

- January 11th
- February 8th
- March 8th
- April 5th

In addition, please keep Saturday, May 10th open. If we have to cancel any of the above sessions due to snow we will use May 10th as a makeup day.

Merit Badges and class schedule will be announced on November 1st, 2013. Registration will open on November 15th and run through December 31st. Registration will be entirely online for the this year's Merit Badge College. For more information on how to register online click on the How to menu.

The 2013 Merit Badge College will take place at the Holten-Richmond Middle School in Danvers, MA.

Each session will run from 8am sharp until noon.

Registration is $20 for up to 3 classes. Some classes may require scouts to purchase materials or kits for an additional expense.

We are excited to have many returning counselors as well as some new faces. We expect to offer a wide variety of merit badges including Eagle-Required.

Online registration allows parents to complete the registration and permission slips online as well as to register their scouts for specific classes. Since class sizes are limited register early!
